Ziksu is a fintech based in Western Australia. We work hard to create products that will meet the financial needs of the Australian public. We currently offer instant payments through our Scan and Pay product created for business and personal users. We have many more products coming soon so stay tuned.

Ziksu is completely free to use with a Personal and Member account. For Business accounts, Ziksu charges a small, monthly subscription fee based on the monthly earnings of your business.

For Apple users, head to the App Store and for Android users, you can download our app from the Google Play Store.

Yes. Ziksu, being a financial institution requires verification of your identity to comply with Australian regulators. Rest assured that we treat every piece of information you share with us with the utmost security and confidentiality.

Currently, an Australian Passport, a Foreign Passport with valid Australian visa or an Australian Driver’s License can be used to verify your identity.

Given that you’ve chosen to keep your money in our hands, we at Ziksu have made your security paramount. We have made sure that all our security systems are cutting edge and we always work with your financial and data security in mind.

Making Payments

Head to the Accounts menu in the Ziksu app and select the Add New Account option under your list of accounts.

Linking your accounts with Ziksu will allow you to send money easily between the two accounts. Currently, only your Ziksu account can be used to make purchases through the app, but soon you will be able to make payments through the app using any of your linked accounts. Stay tuned for updates on this change!

To deposit funds into your Ziksu account, simply copy your Ziksu account’s PayID or BSB/Account Number, and head to your other bank’s app or browser page. From here enter, the details and click send. Note: First time payments made from an external account to Ziksu digital transaction account using BSB & Account Number can take up to 24 hours depending on your bank.

A PayID is a unique address that is linked to your bank account/digital transaction account. When you sign up for a Ziksu account, your PayID is provided to you upon account creation. For your other bank accounts, you will need to access your bank’s app or website to create your PayID.

Currently, only your Ziksu account can be used to make purchases. However, this feature is coming soon so stay tuned!

Sorry. Ziksu payments can only be made within Australia and using only Australian currency.

QR Codes

QR codes work like barcodes and scanning a QR code allows for information to be sent and received. In the case of Ziksu, scanning our QR codes will allow for payment information to be sent and received, and enables payments to be sent instantly.

QR codes are completely safe to use and unlike payment devices such as payment terminals.Each individual code is unique and the way the code is arranged determines what information it contains.

There are two types of Ziksu QR code: Static and Dynamic. A Static QR code will have a set dollar amount tied to the code. For example, scanning a user’s QR with a fixed amount of $10 will only allow you to send payments of $10 to that user’s account. For Dynamic QR codes, scanning this type of code will enable you to send an amount of your choosing.

Paying someone through a QR code is quick and easy! From the dashboard, tap the Scan Ziksu QR Code button at the centre bottom of the page. Next, scan the QR code of another Ziksu user and fill in the payment details. Then select Pay, enter your Passcode, and send!

From the Scan Ziksu QR Code page, tap the bottom left option My Code, and this will take you to a page displaying your QR code. Ziksu users can scan this code to send you a payment with an amount of their choosing.
If you wish to create a new QR code for a specific purpose, from the Scan Ziksu QR Code page, select the Create QR option on the bottom right of the screen. Next, select the Create New QR option. On this page, you can select the Type, Amount and Description for your new QR code.

From the dashboard, tap the Scan Ziksu QR Code button at the centre bottom of the page. Next, select the Create QR Code button on the bottom right and then select the Counter Display option. On this page, select your desired bank account and select the size of the printout. Agree to our Terms and Conditions and select Generate to create your counter display QR code. Once you have created your counter display QR, you can Share, Download and Print it out for placement in your store.

If another Ziksu user is having trouble scanning your Ziksu QR code, try increasing the brightness on your phone. Increasing the brightness will make the QR code stand out more and make it easier to scan.

Business Accounts

Ziksu offers you a different way to receive money from your customers. The Ziksu app and our QR code technology allow customers to pay you as an alternative to payment terminals and cash. Also, our technology allows you to receive your money instantly, without the need to wait on your bank to reconcile your earnings.

For Business accounts, Ziksu charges no monthly subscription fee. We charge very low transaction fees
Our subscription service has no lock-in contract or any hidden fees.

Linking of certain accounting softwares will be released in future. Stay tuned for more updates.

Ziksu has partnered with a number of organisations to add certain features to our app that benefits members of our partnered organisations.

Currently, Ziksu is working with various organisations to create an ecosystem for the benefits of Ziksu customers. Stay tuned!

Ziksu app is available to download from Google and Apple stores.

Every organisation will have different refund policies and so if you would like to request a refund on a purchase you have made with that organisation, please do contact the organisation itself.

If for any reason you have become locked out of your account, or you have forgotten your passcode, give us a call on 1300 194 578. Our support team will be happy to help you out with resetting your passcode.
Note: As this is a security issue, our support staff will ask you some questions. To confirm your identity please have the identification document that you used to sign up to Ziksu with, just in case.

From the Ziksu App Dashboard, tap on your name at the top of the page. Next, select the Change Passcode option, enter your old passcode, a new passcode, and confirm your new passcode.

Android >> Open settings. >> Tap Apps & Notifications. >> Tap the Ziksu app. >> Tap permissions.
